China Is buying as much silver as thay can ! Why?

China government officials are telling their countrymen to buy Silver why is this ?

    I'm certain it's because silver is an industrial commodity of such importance that the demand is exceeding the supply. Also, I believe the Chinese are no less savy, as to the conditions prevailing in the world economy, than we are.
